I told you so...
In the summer of 2010, we called the city to say we were concerned about the very large Cottonwoods in the undeveloped lane-way behind our property. They sent someone out to have a look. He was dubious, but followed up by ordering a crew out to take a closer look. Their conclusion: not enough of a risk for the city to take any action...
...we disagree.
