Can I have it??? It would look awesome in my house. No, I know you won't give it to me no matter how much I beg, but it is wonderful as usual DoOver. Congratulations on conquering a tough one!
By the way, there is NOTHING wrong with Ichiban noodles for supper. Even though Monday was "nothing worth noting", I would still like to know what it was. Same thing for Friday's "probably insignificant". They would probably inspire me, believe it or not....
Another believe it or not, I got the gumption to make Chickpea and Cucumber Curry salad for supper tonight, with my Environmental Son tonight!
Oops, one too many "tonights" in that last entry. I also had a quarter of a Mamot Lake cider and a quarter of a Blackberry Porter, after over a week of no alcohol, so I'm not handling it well. :)
Well, I think you can tell from the menu which days I ate alone and which I ate with kids... I don't even remember what Monday's dinner might have been -- likely leftovers. Friday was leftover lasagne with Panzanella (Italian Bread Salad) because Environmental Son and Sidekick did come for dinner after all; so, not as insignificant as it might have been. Your curry salad sounds yummy, especially washed down with cider and porter.
