green
Spring is arriving and things are greening up nicely,
both inside:
and out:
And in other green news, Film-maker Son and buddies made a video for a Tourism Ireland contest. The assignment was to make a short (60 seconds or less) "Guerrilla Greening" video to promote Ireland and St. Patrick's day.. out of 138 international entries, they came in 7th!! Woohoo!

In fact I'm so proud, I can almost forgive them for the green footprints they left behind on the back patio....
Want more from this up-and-coming group of videographers?
My advice to you DoOver is to NOT wash off the green footprints. Keep them as a momento of the time your Film-maker son started his Hollywood career. I will be checking in to their vlog/videos on a regular basis. Thanks for the links.
ReplyDeleteWe have crocuses coming up, tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, the birds are singing, the sun is warming, the cat wants to go outside and roll in the dirt and so yes - spring is on the way!
I looked at all of Film-maker Son's Vlogs. They are interesting and wonderful. Really. He is really talented! I didn't realize how much time he spent on this passion. Take it far and wide sweetie. Congratulations on 7TH PLACE in the Tourism Ireland contest as well!!! I am so impressed. WOW!
ReplyDeletep.s. I wanted to ask We The Youth to do a vlog about pets - something funny and light, but didn't see any place to put the comments "down there", as instructed in a couple of the vlogs.
The comment space is below the viewing window. You do need to have a youtube account to make comments (easy and free to set up -- no video uploading required). Maybe ask a teenager to point you in the right direction?
